Currently we only offer 34 (XS) to 42 (XL), but we hope to add additional sizes in the future. If we don’t carry your size, send us an email at hello@hencroft, and we can tell you how soon we’ll add your size.

We produce a new batch every three to four months. Half of the time is spent designing and testing the style and vintage, while the remainder is dedicated to developing the required leathers.
Our made-to-measure jackets are made in our original studio in Italy. Located an hour’s drive west of Florence, the studio is both the childhood home of our founder and the place from which Hencroft started. Though it depends on the customer, the leather is typically supplied by our partner tannery in Santa Croce sull'Arno.

Our ready-to-wear jackets are benchmade in Madras out of a family-owned manufactory has been crafting leather jackets for over three generations. Our leathers are either imported from abroad or custom-tanned in the same family's manufacturing.

Warranty & Care

We take great pride in the design and craftsmanship of our products. If your jacket has an issue at any time within 3 years, we will fix or replace the jacket free of charge. Simply contact us at 1 (888) 308-4582 or help@hencroft.com.

If you experience any problems with the workmanship outside that period, contact us anyway and we'll try fix the problem as well.

Please remember that doing any of the following damages leather and is beyond our guarantee:
  • Dry cleaning, or cleaning the jacket with any type of solvent or detergent.
  • Extraordinary wear and tear or neglect.
  • Exposure to direct flame, direct sunlight or heat.
  • Storage in a non-breathable, moist, sunny or hot environment.
  • Do not force dry or expose to a direct flame.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight for a long period of time.
We recommend following the instructions listed on the care tag inside our products since different items may require specific methods of cleaning.

In general, using a soft brush to wipe off any dirt and dust. Your jacket can be cleaned with cold water or, if necessary, leather soap. Remove excess water and let the jacket air dry. For stains and other issues, it's best to take the jacket to a professional leather specialist.

Separately, we recommend treating the jacket with leather conditioner at least once a year. Conditioner provides moisture to keep the leather supple, prevents cracking, and gives a rich luster to the jacket.

Whenever possible, hang your leather coat or jacket in cool area, out of direct sunlight and humidity. Do not store your jacket in plastic, which will cause the jacket to dry out.
Let the jacket dry naturally, but avoid direct sunlight. The oils in wet leather seep to its surface, and in warm temperatures, the oils evaporate and dry out the jacket. Again, we recommend applying a reputable leather conditioner at least once a year to improve the moisture-resistance of the jacket.

Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you don’t love your new jacket after 50 days, we’ll offer you a full refund on the gift card in exchange.
